Site Upgrades – Why Now???
Well, here it is at the very start of SXSW 09 and I’m in the middle of site upgrades! Well, my husband always complain and asks why I always insist on doing all the laundry right before a trip. What can I say? I’m thorough and I want to make sure everything is well backed up, maintained and ready to go for the hords of visitors we’re going to see here at Savvant Music this week! (Ok, you might want to read a little irony intot that suggestion…)
Anyway, here’s the dealio… You can expect to see a few format changes today (Saturday, March 14th) and if I really screw up, you might notice the site actually down for a couple of minutes, but hopefully not — I’m pretty good 
and I believe in testing, but even I sometimes miss things… (more irony!)
So, look for (and share your thoughts about) our updated and more consistent format!
But, more importantly, look for a bunch of new posts and updates from SXSW, including a twitter feed! Please follow us on Twitter for live updates from SXSW, because we’ll be telling it like it is!

Love the new look for the site!
Hi all – just a note to tell you that the Facebook Connect functionality that I’m trying to implement isn’t really working the way it’s supposed to at the moment — you can use it, but it isn’t actually feeding comments up to facebook or pulling over profile information the way I think it should. I’m working on getting it fixed, but waiting on some support forums to help me out as to what’s the deal… Thanks for your Patience!
